  • Smith Care Consulting operates virtually throughout the United States. All meetings and sessions will be conducted via a HIPAA-compliant platform.

  • Smith Care Consulting uses a platform called Practice Better. You will receive a unique login to a HIPAA-compliant portal. This tool will allow us to schedule sessions, share materials, send messages, and more.

  • This is entirely up to you. A recommendation will be made after the initial consultation, but frequency and duration of sessions is to your preference. Clients often find that needs change as comfort grows or new challenges arise.
